I’m a returning buyer, do I need to take the quiz again?

No need! 😊 The quiz is only required once so we can review your healthcare info and confirm eligibility.

To place another order, just message us directly on our Facebook page and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s the ordering process?

📝 If you're a first time buyer, after completing the quiz, you’ll be redirected to the product page where you can choose your plan. Click the Buy Now button to confirm your order through Facebook Messenger.

What happens after I place my order?

A Trive manager will review your quiz answers to confirm your eligibility. We’ll send you a confirmation message via Messenger — or give you a quick call if needed.

It typically takes us a few minutes to an hour to review.

How do I pay?

We offer Cash on Delivery with free shipping nationwide. You only pay once the order arrives at your doorstep.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped the next business day after confirmation. We’ll send you a tracking number once it’s on the way.

How long does delivery take?

Luzon: 2–4 days
Visayas: 4–9 days
Mindanao: 7–12 days

Note: These are estimates. Your parcel may arrive earlier or later depending on courier operations.

What courier do you use?

We ship via Shopee Xpress (SPX) and J&T Express for reliable and trackable delivery.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the sensitive nature of the product, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been paid for, opened, or used.

This ensures the safety and integrity of every vial, as we are unable to resell opened or used items.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to update your vial quantity or delivery details, message us on Facebook as soon as possible. Once your order is packed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Can I order multiple vials at once?

Yes! You can choose 1, 2, or 3 vials per order — with savings when you buy more. Just select your preferred option during checkout.

Does the product require refrigeration?

No need for refrigeration during shipping — the vials are shelf-stable and safe at room temperature as long as they remain in powder form and have not yet been reconstituted.

Just store them in a cool, dry place once received. We’ll also provide detailed storage instructions to guide you after reconstitution.
